"I came in yesterday 12/30 to cash my first check from my job because the bank was closed. The teller appeared very friendly and helpful. We talked for quite some time about my line of work. She said it would be $10 to cash the check and I said ok to the charge. I should have known something was off because she didn't count the money out but instead just handed it to me. I was in a rush so it was my mistake for not counting it out. Once I went to enter the money into my the atm I realized that I was short an additional $30. So just to be clear it cost $40 to cash a $454 check. People work hard for their money ans if your tellers can't be trusted then what is thr point of your business. I will never be back."

"This place is a rip off. I took out a day day loan, their office tried to deposit the check the DAY BEFORE my pay day. Of course funds are not available until the day I get paid. The check should not have been deposited until my payday , which cost me a 15.00 return check fee. I emailed the office after speaking to my bank and still no reply from these crooks. How many others have they pulled this on????"

"I had a great 1st and 2nd experience here. My 3rd was not so great as they told me they couldn't provide me a loan and couldn't provide me an explanation as to why they were able to before and couldn't now. ***Update- I was contacted by the manager and she went above and beyond to help me out. I must say that I was surprised but very pleasantly so. Aside from the issue I had, service was great and I couldn't be happier."
