"Employees are rude and nag at parents yet don't keep the bathrooms or equipment and areas clean. There legit was dirty toilet paper on the equipment, leaking toilets, trash all over the bathroom stalls, and kids doing dangerous things like going right after your kid goes on the sled ride and crashing into your kids. Moreno valley is better and usually the employees are good"

"I dint know this was here!!! It's a pretty big place for kids to burn energy!! I totally recommend it!!! It even has lockers to store your shoes or belongings so you could run Around with your kids.. and Sunday Morning you almost have the place all to yourself..I love it!!! P.S : 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE...ALL PERSONEL IS VERY HELPFUL"

"This is a perfect place to take your kids to have a great time! It’s a indoor playground and has a few arcade games. Before entering the park I do recommend(going to the website) to do your waiver before hand and read all the guides and rules! Just like all theme parks here at California, there are only taking cards only (no cash). Before entering the park you’ll do have to take off your shoes and wear socks (both kids & adults) before entering the park. They do provide baskets to put your shoes in and as well have free lockers to put away your stuff(all the information on how to use the lockers is on a sign). The best part it’s a all day park admission. You can go out to eat and come back to park (no outside food policy). Just remember to keep the receipt to re-enter the park. To play the arcade games you do have to purchase play card it could be before or after you enter. The place is very clean. The employees are the best ! They are very friendly !! They make sure your having fun and keeping you safe (there’s no discrimination). They make you feel very welcome. Ontario Kids Empire is the best !! If you and your family are looking for a fun place to have a great time I recommend this place !!!"
