"These VISA gift cards are a scam, I was given one at Christmas last year by my son, went to use it at and there was no money on the card. Called VISA several times (in India) and they told us a replacement was being sent out, this was months ago and now when we called again this morning and gave them the dispute number to see what the status is they act dumb and say they can’t use the dispute number to find the information. So a year has gone by trying to get resolution and nothing. I have spoken to others and they too have had similar issues don’t buy a VISA gift card, they take your money and you get nothing in return, thieves."
