"This business turned off games on me and my 3 friends for winning a bunch of jackpots on games we know how to win. I later had to sue their other location because their manager assaulted me over arcade tickets that I had won and stole from me. Their manager here who turned the games off said to just stop using a timer. But still turned the games off just because we kept winning and couldn't go attend to more important things like getting more customers. This business is pathetic. They get mad at you for winning. Go to Dave and Busters whatever you win there will be honored unlike Off the Wall."
"Cool place and everything was very new and well-kept. It's expensive but in line with all other similar places. Update - still a great place to have a kid's birthday party. Currently they are renovating the jumper area into trampolines so that was not available. Everyone still had a good time and the staff were all very nice and accommodating."
"Under construction!!!! But they won’t tell you that until you get there!!! Drove all the way from LA to take my kids. I had called BEFORE I left to ensure I did not need to make a reservation for JUMP time. The lady said no and hung up on me. She could have had the decency to tell me that the jumper part is NOT AVAILABLE and only the arcades and the courses (rope course/bumper cars/ rock wall) were available. No thanks - I don’t want to spend $10 per kid per activity for 3-5 minutes!!! Incredibly disappointed."
"This place is always so much fun but today was extra special. Went guerilla style and grabbed some tables for a group celebration. The staff was incredibly accommodating every second. From multiple individual payments for each guest, to staffing each activity when we were ready, to juggling 3 official schedules birthdays, to supporting my son who was anxious on the ropes course, they were fantastic and kind. Management was stellar as well going above and beyond. So appreciated and fantastic. We will be back time and again!"
