"I ordered gift baskets for my family members this year for Christmas. I totally waited until the last minute and they weren't scheduled to arrive until after the holiday....but they shipped out early and arrived prior to Christmas! My family in New England loved the treats and it felt like a special gift from where I live. I will purchase gift baskets again next year!"

"I am sad to say I will never shop this store ever again. I just recently purchased a facial moisturizer from a local company at the Nashville store. I tried the product the next day and had a total allergic reaction - my face was beet red, hot, inflamed, the works. I called the store to ask for a refund or what could be done, and was very flippantly told “No ma’am. I’m sorry your skin didn’t like the product. Maybe you can give it to a friend or a family member that isn’t allergic.” So I’m to blame for having a reaction? And why on earth would I give the product to someone else to potentially suffer the same fate?! After I’m basically a walking tomato now. I have never been so rudely dismissed. I understand they can’t take a return for a used product, that’s not sanitary, but at the very least I could have been offered a modicum of sympathy and a store credit. I was once an avid shopper here and have referred many a person to shop there too - never again after being so disregarded and disrespected."

"You do not have to be a visitor of TN to find something you enjoy here! Locals will enjoy this shop just as much! There are many goods sold from all of my favorite places in the area! I reminisce when I visit by seeing cookbooks from the owner of my favorite Nashville restaurant, to super cool candles and soaps, to my favorite local chocolate from my favorite chocolate shop in town. There is another location as well inside the Factory at Franklin!"
