"My family went on a busy Saturday with our 14 month old. The facility was nice - play structures were thoughtfully designed, age appropriate, in good enough repair, seemed clean enough for a busy Saturday. But staff were very uninvolved with guests, which made the experience unpleasant and frankly unsafe. Big kids had taken over the areas marked for toddlers and babies. One child (age 7ish) was being very aggressive to other children in the toddler area, and at one point had 3 kids trapped in a corner after having intentionally hurt one of them; I broke up the fight but didn't feel it was my place to kick the bully out, so he just moved on to terrorizing other kids. We moved to the little baby area, where one of the big kids dropped a cupcake into the ball pit; we were able to find a friendly staffmember who came and cleaned the frosting off some of the balls but otherwise did nothing to intervene. Lots of kids were barefoot without socks, lots of adults had shoes on. I had to stand pretty much directly over my 14 month old the whole time to avoid him constantly getting kicked or bowled over by school age kids, so he was pretty miserable and so was I. Usually at places like this, especially for $18 per kid, there are staff members stationed throughout, who will intervene when 8 yr olds tackle each other in the baby area, turn children away from the ball pit until they've finished their cupcakes, remove a child who is being obviously violent, etc. I don't expect staff members to serve as babysitters, but I do expect there to be enough staff, and for staff to feel empowered enough, to attempt to enforce the facility's rules. Here the staff were woefully few and with a very hands-off approach, creating a dangerous situation for little ones. It's a shame, it seems like a place my child would really enjoy otherwise."
"Kids had a lot of fun. We read a lot of reviews about the place being dirty, but on the day we came the employees have been cleaning non stop in between helping customers. Overall the place looks clean and well kept. The lady at front with the star tattoo was super nice and helpful. The only reason for the 4 and not 5 stars, a good amount of the game arcade games are not functioning. Definitely returning"
"Downward spiral. The last time I came here it was a great experience. This time, within the first 5 minutes, nothing but disappointment. I'm up sold on a family pack which apparently comes with a cheese pizza which you cannot upgrade, don't ask because the cashier will be super rude to you for not knowing it was a cheese pizza only. All the foam mats that prevented my kids from getting hurt while running around are gone. You have to take your shoes off, which with the foam mats made sense, but now it just feels uncomfortable. The fountain machine has literally half the options out and no ice. No signage warning you, so you pay before you realize this. The Hawaiian pizza we all loved is gone. Pepperoni pizza is still really good. Just the whole vibe is not that loving family place I previously spoke of. I'm so disappointed. It's still a fun place for the kids, just not the 5 star experience previously reviewed."
