"UPDATE: Living spaces sent service technician to repair the table and there are still dark smudges where the damage was. Never buy from Living spaces. Very cheap quality furniture with high price. Added phots with the repair, there is clear issue in the color. Living spaces customer service is very bad, they just hung up the phone so we are stuck up with damaged item. Bought dining table couple of weeks ago and varnish stripped off. This happened when cleaned with paper towel. Living spaces said it is more than 7 days so they will not take it back. Paid more than $800 for small 4 seat dining table and they refuse to take responsibility."

"My husband and I had an amazing experience at this location! Our last couch is from a different competing name brand but we came into the store to buy/browse reclining sectional couch. Their collection is fantastic, and Don and Lindsey were incredibly helpful. They assisted us in choosing the perfect couch (Chanel Modular Sectional Reclining Couch) and provided detailed guidance on delivery, assembly, and insurance. Thanks to their excellent service, we definitely had a stress-free shopping experience. Definitely recommend for anyone in search of quality furniture and exceptional customer service."

"The sales person in store was very helpful however once we received the dresser, one drawer contained spider webs, two others weren’t properly on the track therefore would not shut and the back of the dresser was totally damaged, chipped and not flush with the rest of the piece. We requested full service delivery for the replacement so that the delivery drivers could remove the packaging and ensure the item was not damaged again, but they refused to offer this service and failed to offer any kind of discount for the inconvenience. Hoping we’ll have better luck with redelivery. Super disappointing. We’ve ordered multiple expensive items from Living Spaces in the past so we were expecting a better resolution regarding this issue."

And of course, she hung up the phone. We called the living space service center right away, confirmed that our credit is good for 60 days. Yes, I do have the conversation recorded.
