"Came to this location first time and enjoyed the food and service. The lunch special is set for $20 per person which includes a soup base of choice, one type of meat with choices of fish, beef or chicken, a tray of vegetables, and sauce dipping/salad bar. Price is reasonable. Food: DIY style. Pick your sauce and cook your food. Soup broth took a while to heat up. Patience is a virtue in this process. The spicy hotpot is not recommended as it is way TOO numbing hot! All four soup broths contain lots of MSG that dried my mouth and made me thirsty afterwards. Service: Gary took care of us well. Attentive and nice service. They have a Peking opera face changing show between 1pm -630pm on most weekdays. The performer did an amazing job and gave us some hanging trinkets. Loud music, gearing towards teens' taste."

He even made a spicy dipping sauce for us to try, which was super yummy! The food quality is excellent and you really get the whole dining experience here. Highly recommend this place! :)"

"This is a laboratory where you experiment with food. What an experience for the people who have not been to one of these places in China. Suitable for a group as you can get to choose more options. The experiment looks rather simple but better to have an experienced friend to show you the way. The outcomes are limitless. A restaurant worth visiting."
