"I go mainly for swimming. It is a 3-lane 25 yard pool, and I choose to go in the early afternoon when it is not too busy. Occasionally share a lap lane with one other person. There are usually walkers in one lane, and on some afternoons, the British Swim School offers instruction for children. The pool is clean, no frills. No sauna at this location."
"Used my Active & Fit guest pass to check this place out and I was actually very impressed. The staff is SUPER friendly, huge space for a gym with lots of equipment for everyone to use. Doesn't feel cluttered and the atmosphere is peaceful. 10/10 recommend."

"I’ve been a member of almost every gym in my area and this is without a doubt the best for the cost. If you have kids it also has daycare for them to enjoy while you’re getting it in. The only thing I wish it had was a sauna or steam room. Other than that it offers everything you need for your fitness journey."
