"After hearing rave reviews, we decided to give this place a try, and we were certainly not disappointed by their fresh noodles--truly a game-changer. Upon ordering, we were informed that the taste intensity increased in the same order as displayed on the menu. We opted for the Miso Ajitama and the Black Sesame Tantan. The Miso Ajitama impressed us with its perfectly cooked eggs and flavorful broth. However, with the Black Sesame Tantan, while I initially really enjoyed it, I found the flavor a bit overpowering towards the end, leaving some in my plate unfinished. Despite arriving close to closing time at around 8:20, we were pleasantly surprised by the lack of rush. Every employee remained kind, patient, and attentive throughout our visit, so hooray for that! We ate quickly and left promptly to ensure we weren't being disrespectful of their closing time."

"My revisit after Butch and Box anniversary event. Their Black Tantan Men with Paiko was very delicious and full flavor !! I was so lucky to line up with their coupon :) I went on the rainy day last week! No line unlike other locations. But still delicious same soup served hot!! Very authentic Japanese ramen. I did not think I could eat this delicious ramen in the US. The soup is very creamy and not oily. Tonkotsu Ajitama was really good!! "Small counter-service location in the UTC mall. Because you order first and then sit it can be a bit awkward to make sure there's space. We went on a weekday evening so we didn't have much trouble but by the time we left people were having to wait for others to finish up. Love the bottled drinks for convenience. Food was very good. I haven't eaten at other locations so I can't compare, but we were mostly happy, though it wasn't the best we've had overall. The inside decor is really fun and the outside seating is great in the evening"

"Warm ramen that comes to mind when winter weather is cold in the evening. Strong beef bone soup, chewy noodles. Spicy.. Sesame seeds. And I really liked the ramen with roasted garlic for an extra dollar on the basic ramen. It feels like the interior of a restaurant is in Japan. Kids who like characters will love it."
