"Cashier sold 1 pound of chorizo but didn't even bother weighing it. When I got home I noticed it was small and it was only .75 of a pound. I wonder how many other customers they are stealing from."
"Follow up to this awesome place that just continues to deliver. Minimal fat, good quality meat used for chorizo. Dont hesitate to make a stop here."
"I used to not like chorizo because I had a bad first experience trying it. However, my girlfriend was so excited to make chorizo for me saying Aurora’s had the best chorizo. I tried it for her sake and was so surprised at how good it was. She always hypes this place up, and I can see why. I even went with her to buy the chorizo, and the girl working the counter was so friendly and nice. 5 out of 5 for sure!"
"Best chorizo place ever! I don't even live nearby, but I will always go out of my way to get it specifically from here. I usually see the same two ladies working, and they both are just wonderful. So friendly!"
"My mind was blown away by this chorizo. The mild chorizo for breakfast burns so freaking good. The chorizo burns slowly, not too greasy or dry. It's the right blend of spices quality chorizo. They have also have soy and chicken chorizo. The person taking my order was really helpful and took the time to explain the variety of taste. I just had the mild spicy chorizo and I can say with certainty it's the best chorizo I've ever had. Later tonight I'm going to try the tube chorizo for griling. In addition to chorizo I bought spicy cotija cheese, so freaking good! They have tamales on the weekend as well. Super pumped up about coming back k to try their Oaxaca cheese for quesadillas. You've got to try their salsa selection, for sure. It has that spicy kick where you want to be at."
