"My wife and I have made the decision to rescind a prior 4 star review upon discovering that a number of the sub-contractors involved in our pool project have not been paid in the 6 months since the pool and landscaping have been completed. On balance we are very pleased (a few outstanding items remain) with the result of our project. We do not however think it is ok to leave balances unpaid to sub contractors. We have been contacted by several, thankfully they acknowledge that the money owed to them is from Geremia and they all accept that we paid our invoices in full to Geremia. Upon resolution of this situation we will happily return our review to Google Reviews."

"I’m a new customer, since December 1st, for weekly pool cleaning and service on Fridays. I pay $180 per month for this service. Whoever is there assigned account person, he hasn’t shown up the last two weeks and hasn’t cleaned my pool and spa, or tested our chemicals. I called and left a message on Thursday just to remind them that they are supposed to come on Fridays to clean the pool just to be sure, and still no cleaning this week. Not a good look for a company their first month on the job. Sadly, I’ll probably have to find a new company."
