"This place is just no fun anymore. I wouldn’t mind paying for the totally overpriced products, as I have for years, if some of the employees hadn’t become so rude and unhelpful. The manager is rude as well. Go to Trader Joes, they know how to treat their customers. This location just lost a long term local customer who will spread the word."

"The most terrible grocery store in Thousand Oaks! Irresponsible and rude stuff and poor quality fruit and veggies. Feel dirty after visiting the store Update: the only store in TO that has cacao butter, so I had to visit it and omg everything changed. Guys who work here we’re smiling, helpful and super friendly. Also got some berries and they’re fresh and tasted perfect. I don’t know what have you done with this store, but you did a great job, thank you!"

Knitted winter or cotton-brimmed summer, this store thinks about everything. Get a load of their pumpkin display. I love how their produce is CLEARLY labeled as to country of origin!"

"I definitely appreciate the effort in keeping everything safe for all the customers. But also there is a fee things that need to be checked twice so people feel more safe every time they come here. Social distance is very important nowadays, and be able to have our hands clean too. Like having close by a few sanitizer or desinfecting wipes. But one of the key details to fix is a little extra help from the employees and the way they represent the store. Patience is very fundamental when a few customers are only looking for some peace to buy they groceries. Is only a couple of things that can bring up.this place Thank you"
