"Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible flooring and warranty. We had spc flooring installed not even 2 years ago and it’s lifting and it scratches so easily. Since it was installed it had so many visible scratches and we hadn’t even moved into our home yet. We notified them right away, received the warranty coverage info and never heard back…..We were told since it’s 20 mil wear layer it resists scratches and is considered commercial grade made for moderate-high traffic. There is very light traffic in our house since it’s just us two and it’s hideous. How are you going to promote “scratch resistant and long lasting” yet not cover it under your warranty?! WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT BUY."

"Would give 0 stars if I could. Beautiful flooring at first and they promise 50 year residential warranty, so I thought it will be perfect. Floor planks lifted after not even 2 years in the WHOLE house - they have sent an inspector out which I knew would not be objective and blamed everything on the installation. The inspector has found issues in a couple rooms, but the floor lifted in the WHOLE house, which clearly shows that the problem extends beyond the points raised in the inspection report. I have proof that part of the inspection is wrong and sent it it to them multiple times, that clearly shows that the inspection report has inaccuracies, but I am being completely ignored by the company - no replies to e-mails and postal mail. I asked for replacement planks or refund and I am being ignored. They do not stand behind their product and their warranty promises."

"Dont buy the product...it is so hard to install because you have to assemble the whole row first on the short side then click in the long side after (per instruction given). If you have a long row such as my house >30 ft...good luck doing that...i ended up install it piece by piece after breaking almost two boxes worth of material. I couldn't use taping block either cuz the connection cannot be tapped together like other products you see in retail store."
