"The only problem I have with this water company is it's tied to our grinder. When our water bill goes up, our grinder bill is affected and goes up as well, (quite a bit). Other than that they have pretty much been responsive to other issues."

"This is the biggest joke of a company who love making their customers miserable. They have no consideration for the fact that their business ways are archaic and the women in the office are an absolute nightmare. The only reason we have anything to do with this company is because we have no choice where we live."

"We have had NEKUD for water for over 15 years. Even though we have rarely been late, we were this month. Things have been a bit of a struggle lately. We have 7 kids, and with prices for everything soaring, we had to wait to pay a few bills. This morning, as my husband is calling the water company to make a payment, the meter guy pulls in to shut the water off. My husband explained that he was calling them at that moment, but the line was saying busy. The guy said "Ok" and continued to lock the meter in the off position. When the office finally answered, the woman that processed the payment was completely unfeeling and said there was nothing they could do. That's completely untrue. They could be decent, understanding human beings. To top it off, after the bill was paid, including the extra $35 reconnection fee, the meter guy drove past our house without stopping to turn the water back on. You would think with gas prices over $4 a gallon they would use it more efficiently. No wonder they have to charge so much for reconnection. My kids are all home for spring break and can't brush teeth, flush, or wash hands. We paid the bill. We should have the water. But please NEKUD, take your time. It's not like other people matter."

"I have had service with Nekud for 11plus years. My husband and I got sick with Covid and down for 2 weeks and got water cut off for being 13 days late. They never called or anything. We have never been late and they do this to us during a time when we were down and sick and only 13 days late. In fact, I had just paid it when I realized the water was off. How cold-hearted. Especially with everything going on in this world. They had no sympathy and didn’t care. Said it was due on the 10th and it’s late. I could understand if we we 2 payments past due but that’s not the case. What has this world come to that people are so greety. Also, charged a reconnect fee to add insult to injury. When I explained we had Covid and been too sick to do anything and asked could they waive the reconnect since we never have had any issues before, they refused. What a horrible company."

"I moved here from Memphis tn 3years ago. in 25 years of residency they never cut my service for non-payment. I was notified and arrangements could be made to assist if needed in taking care of your balance. They mailed , messaged , and robo called in advance of disconnecting any of your services. Since moving here, my apt complex charged me more than 80 dollars a month for two adults on water. However they never cut it off. This was the avg. in the complex. Absolutely crazy high. I then bought property and moved 2 miles from there into my new home. Now I have NEKUD. They have cut my water off for bills totaling 27.00. 1day late. I last paid my bill And brought it to a zero balance on 8/15/20, it’s now 9/16/20 and today was a day that I intended to sit down and pay bills all to find out shortly after coffee that my water had been disconnected. Upon calling and paying they provided no reasonable time for turning it back on and charged me a reconnection fee that totaled more than the amount of my bill. They should be arrested and shut down. The absolute worst utilities operation I have ever encountered. I cannot give them a low enough rating!!!"
