"Very rude staff. A family member went here today to sign up for ESL classes. The staff member refused, she said "he's young he needs to go to work, we'll help him with job placement" The family member said that they'd like to learn some English before getting a job, 6 months of classes is better than nothing. The staff member said "well when I moved here I didn't know English and went to work right away. We'll get you a job somewhere where a coworker speaks your language. You won't learn English in 6 month anyways." Absolutely appalling behavior in my opinion. From what I hear they're great at job placements so that's good but to tell someone they need to work because they're young they don't need English is absolutely ludicrous."
"!!!Refused to help us in finding and providing a job due to the fact that we have Russian citizenship, despite the fact that we have a Employment Authorization in the United States. This is very strange to hear from a Company that operates in the country with a developed democracy! It is not permissible to pursue a discriminatory policy based on nationality. I will consult with my lawyer. These actions violate human rights and the main articles of the Constitution."
"As a job developer in Bach Viet, The staff is very cooperative and awesome. They help the new refugees to study English and find a job. We recently opened swing shift ESL class. If you need to improve your English, just visit our office and we will help you."
