"We're repeat customers. It was amazing the first time. Seems it has only gotten better with time. We made an appointment online ahead of time for 2 passports. We arrived and parked in one of the 4 marked passport parking spots. Inside, we checked in on a tablet. While my one child was in the bathroom with my wife, the staff began to check our papers and documents. By the time my son came back from the bathroom, we were just about finished. Took about 5 minutes for the staff to go through our previously completed paperwork and take payment for 2 passports. If you come prepared, it's a fast experience. We found cheapest passport photos were at Walmart for $7.44 + tax. If you need copies, photos when you arrive, they offer those services as well."

"When visiting this on campus passport office, I was expecting a bureaucratic nightmare but was pleasantly surprised. Although the office is quite small, it is very well run. The signs are helpful and easy to read, plenty of chairs in waiting area, a pretty short wait, and employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Parking is a little difficult as the office only has a few parking spaces in their lot for customers. Out of the 4 passport office I have been to in San Diego this by far is the best!"
