"Really good customer service but I'm out $500. I bought 2 weeping blue spruces and they both got needle cast as soon as I put them in the ground, it was so fast they were already infected at the nursery and they still sell those plants. 0 warranty on anything you buy here so be aware. Ill never buy anything again. If I want conifers ill makes the drive to Bates. Update: response to the owner: Why? It's a know issue from many buyers when expensive plants die and you don't replace or issue a refund. Update 2: it's been about 5 months since my initial review, despite my negative experience I gave them another change and bought a pendula Alaskan cedar. The tag has $117, when I when to the registry even though the guy had the tag in his hands he wanted to change me $240, when I disputed that due the price tag, "I wasn't asking for a discount, that was the price" he acted like he was doing me a favor and honored that price. Well that's it, not a penny more ill spend here."

"Poor customer service at this place today. They advertised a sale on perennials that brought me in and even handed me a sale flyer today that indicated 20 percent off all perennials When I went to check out a plant I pulled from the perennial section, they told me that it was not indeed a perennial, nor would honor the sale flyer I was given by their employee today. Don't waste your time with this business, go to one that will stand by their marketing. Update:the nursery replied below that this plant was placed on the table by a customer, but that is also UNTRUE. There were quite a few of these plants grouped together on the table, so if what the owner says is true, they are now having customers do their stocking. I think this place needs better management! Update: I tried to give these people business again, and realize how foolish that was! The nursery manager refused to help me amd hung up on me. One of the rudest people ever! Don't waste your time with these people. Go to Martin's or even Lowes. They will treat you great."

They carry what seems to be every Tennessee climate friendly plant there is and even some things that are not. The prices here are comparable to any other place in Rutherford county. Just about everything in these pictures was bought from Southbranch."
