"Be very careful with this place. Mrs. Alicia is a fraud. My husband did his taxes in her office, and now he is having a lot of problems thanks to her. To start, the state sent him a charge of almost $900 because his 2017 taxes were submitted late (March 2019). Mrs. Alicia wanted to clean her hands by saying that it was the state of California's fault. My husband has asked you in different ways (email, text and messages) that we need confirmation of when you submitted them? Until now, after a month, we have not received any response. Every time we call her office they say she is not there or she is sick. In addition, they received a bill for 2016, which of course my husband asked for help and the woman did not lift a finger to help him. Mrs. Alicia is not professional, her business is a mockery!! Please be very careful with this place because it also offers legal immigration services."
