Santiago since last year, this officer was so rude and yelling to her, even he had a bad mood, should not do it to everyone, he complained about my wife name hard spelling and speak not nice to the lady, especially my wife was pregnant that time, that’s such kind of harassment, him decided my wife come back second time by bringing that proof with her, but didn’t tell her to submit that proof online, when my wife came back second time the new officer told my wife that’s that proof request was expired because she didn’t submit online, fortunately the new officer, she’s a black lady was very nice and speak very gentle, she called her manager to help my wife’s case, finally we got it done, she encouraged my wife that don’t worry, that’s case there is no issue, they just resubmitted the proof, so the problem is the first officer was screw up from the beginning. Supervisor or manager please keep eye on officer N. Santiago should not use his mood apply on everyone like that. Thank you"

"called many time, no live agent and the operator is useless, website forces you by scaring of of deporation even if are a naturalized citizend to purchase Replacement Naturalize certifacate, I have proof of U.S passport but websites scares you of deportation if you have lost or destoryed naturalized certificate, my Natural Certificate was riped up by a Postal worker when apply for renewal of passport"
