"He went off with our money. He made us pay fees for uscis forms that we weren’t supposed to pay because it is included in the Adjustment of Status Form. Our payments were payable to him not USCIS. He fooled us. He got a total of $5,270 dollars from us (me, dad and uncle) Now he is not answering our calls and did not even send us our money back. Those fees are for USCIS, not for him. This person is a scammer. He kept saying he moved out, he’s in urgent care, his computer broke down, him and his wife are getting a divorce, he’s living in a hotel.. etc. I just told him to mail me the check which fees are for Uscis because those are for uscis. This guy in unbelievable. He takes advantage of people... I reported him to the police. And the police said they can’t arrest him because we voluntarily gave him a check. I think there’s collusion. Be careful guys. His real name is Ronald Lais. He was convicted before."
