"The service was not overtly rude, but it lacked the expected level of customer service. Expect to have your 30 minute appointment in your car or outside the office as commanded with no explanation. Once you step outside as directed, the doors lock behind you preventing re-entry. When you knock, the staff opens the door to collect the documents only not to let you in. When they are ready they call you inside to sit on a desk to make the payments. There was a notable absence of service throughout the interaction."
