"One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, and their product is JUST customer service. Not only is their promise of being here for "any questions throughout the process" complete BS, but the expedited service i paid for never happened. Weeks of calls and voicemails and emails go unanswered, when i finally heard back i was only relayed the info I'd already gotten myself by entering my basic information on the US Gov website... "in process". The guaranteed date of delivery came and went, the verified date of travel was never communicated with the US Department of State nor was it marked on my application — learned that after multiple calls to the agency in the days leading up to my travel date. All in all, none of the guarantees or expedited service or convenience were delivered upon. None of the peace of mind of having someone in your your corner, an "agent or agency" that works on your behalf, ever materialized. I didn't get one cent of value from the hundreds i paid, on top of the expedited service fees to the govt. This company is a glorified middle man, they do nothing to expedite any process and theres nothing they do that you can't do yourself — if anything they add a step and slow down this process. My advice, pick up the phone and just call the Dept of State. Save yourself the time, money, and stress this scam of an agency charges you for. Absolute garbage humans. Scam artists. Thanks for nothing"

"It was an "easy process" if you don't count on the hours it takes to get someone on the line to even set up a time to come into the office. then don't expect your renewal in any timely fashion. We paid them for the expedited services and went in to take photo and drop everything off on 2/6 for their 25 day saver - luckily i didn't have a trip planned because the state department didn't even recieve the application until 2/21 two weeks later. still waiting to recieve passport and spent another 1/2 hour on the line being told that it didn't go out from their denver office until the 15th. why did it go to denver before the state department? noone has an answer. save yourself the time and money and do not use this company."

"P Diack the owner is a total scam, con man. This business should be closed . Scam, scam, scam - spoke to the owner in Atlanta as they did not deliver and 4 months on still waiting for a refund. Hopeless. It cost less for us to fly to Atlanta and get the passport direct from the government. We had it the same day with no price gouging from this company. DO NOT USE THEM"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. My mother paid $307 and asked for a refund and it has been over 2 months. She is clearly not getting that money back. We have called and called and they said sure we will refund you it can take up to 20 days. It has been over 60 days and she has not received anything back. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY."

"Worst customer service ever. They claim to be the best company but I haven’t able to reach ANYONE in any of their office locations for 3 days now. Business days. I gave up because I would be on hold for 20 Minutes. I might as well call the government office at this point with a wait like that. Also, their shipping fee is $70 for even the slowest shipping. That’s ridiculous."
