"USCIS Has perfected the art of avoiding all contact from its citizens. Your only options are their limited Internet tools or their phone answering virtual assistant who’s also limited based on programming. No walk ins either as the results of Covid. Email responses are computer generated and useless. I have a son born overseas over two years ago and haven’t received any cooperation from USCIS, in the US our abroad. Pathetic and very frustrating. Too busy at our southern border I imagine."
"These people here were very helpful and very knowledgeable on how to get some citizenship going I went with my aunt so she can get her people were going in there very nice very helpful it was nice building comfortable temperature inside there it was not like a uncomfortable experience it was actually quite Pleasant so yeah it's good good good business"
