"I sold an iPad, I did everything I was asked to do prior to selling it, this process done while I was there. I was told that everything was a go, months later a person texted me who bought it, apparently the pawn shop didn't do their due diligence by verifying that the iPad was fine. I hadn't removed the iPad from the cloud, I eventually was able to do it. My point this business sold this iPad with my contact information. I contacted the business and a manager made it seem like it was my fault; he was dismissive. Sellers be cautious. I have learned a valuable lesson."
"Don’t go here. They don’t even deserve a 1 star rating. Used to be you could pay on layaway items for a year or more, now there’s a timeline on when you have to have it paid off!! Not pawned items, stuff I was just buying that was in the store. The woman I originally bought the items from left this store a week or so after I bought the stuff. If I would’ve known that I wouldn’t have bought the items!!"
"Check out this ignorance. The lady wouldn't show me a ring I was interested in unless I fill out an online credit application and of course it was denied and went on my credit score. They don't serve anyone. You always have to ask for help. They hire rejects."
"I used to love this store. I would follow one of their associates “MISSY “ from store to store. Now she’s at the other Nolensville road location. That’s the only one I’ll go to now. The new young Spanish lady treats me as if I’m a Pawner I’ve spent over 1500$ last year and she won’t cut one deal. She just walks around like she’s just too cute to negotiate. I’ll go to Easy Pawn or Missy’s store now."
