"I’ve been getting flowers here for my wife for almost 20 years. Ordered a custom bouquet of roses for valentines in advance. Said they’d be ready by 1-1:30 the next day. Showed up the next day at 1:40 and they weren’t ready but was told to come back in 30 minutes. I wasn’t able to come back or wait so couldn’t return till 3:50. Apparently they sold the bouquet to someone else! I asked for a full refund and will NEVER get flowers here again. Apparently the older couple sold the business and the new owners don’t have the same level of care for their customers."
