"Best community park for people who are new to Brentwood or want to do a short hike."

"The park is always very nice and clean. It is very popular but it never seems to be crowded. it is the trailhead for the trail going to Crockett Park lots of people walk and bike on a very flat and safe area beautifully bordered by creeks and trees. And you can almost always count on seeing Wildlife including deer and squirrel and turkeys. The water station is open for the summer! The YMCA next door has added a new parking area do now there is plenty of parking. Last visited mid February they still don't have the water fountains back up at the restroom."

"A very nice, relaxing trail. You'll see various wildlife during your leisurely walk, jog, or ride along a pretty trail, that crosses the river."

"River Park is one of my favorites. We had our daughter's birthday party here, meet up with a local running club and I often hear out on the path with my dog. The trails are paved and mostly part of a quiet, tree covered setting. It's a gem in Brentwood with connected access to other parks."

"A hidden gem in Brentwood! This is a very nice park with a pavilion, basketball courts, and lots of views of the river. I was also shocked at how far the walking path goes out- it connects to Crockett Park so you can literally go for miles on it! Great place to enjoy the outdoors!"
