"Honestly, I don’t understand why people keep on giving bad reviews to this place. You’re asking for a service and they are not there to converse with you nor to entertain you. So who cares if the employee is not talking to you or giving you an attitude. The FASTEST in and out for a passport photo I’ve ever taken! Cheap and fast and the photos turned out GREAT for passport reasons. I wasn’t even in the office for more than 5 min for the whole process. Definitely would recommend for all my peeps who needs a quick, affordable and accurate service."

"Unprofessional and dishonest. I went to have a photo taken for my Chinese passport. The person said he'd email me the photo later without giving me a preview. I left and received his email saying that the photo was blurry and asking me to return to retake it. The second time it was not blurry, but he put the camera much higher than me so I was obviously looking upward in the photo. I went back again, but the person insisted that I was looking at the front and would charge me for another try. It won't meet the requirements! I attached the photo he took and a normal selfie taken on the same day in this review. Make your judgement!"

"Quick, cheap, decent US Passport photo experience in a small building with no wait. Everything was self explanatory here and I was in and out in about 5 minutes. It costs 9$ for 2 passport style photographs that are printed on site. There is parking directly in front. They have a small back room with flashes and a camera. The photos were good enough and will likely be accepted by the US State Department for passport purposes. Recommended for cheap and decent passport photos if you’re in a rush."

"Not sure why some people didn't get correct photos. Below is my experience - I went there since they advertised Canadian photos(much stricter rules). Regular passport photos are $9 and the setup is good with lighting and camera. The guy is courteous and allowed me to choose which images to be printed. I asked a redo and they obliged. Place got crowded when i visited but the owner was efficient and took my pictures and i was out in "
