"The reason I give one star is because there's no 0 star. I don't understand why would my company will work with this firm. Extremely irresponsive, coordinator told me she has filed pwd for green card application in March but she didn't do so until May. Usually I have to send out several emails in order to get an answer. They started my greencard process in Oct 2021, now it's Sept 2022 and they just filed the first set of document because they have found some mistake in their initial submission, so basically nothing has been done in the past one year. Other firm would have already complete the entire perm process with 1 to 1.5 year but it took 1 year for this firm to just get started. What a joke, stay away from this firm!"
