Reviews
"Just finished watching Dune 2. They had a bunch of video games in the lobby. $6 Tuesday Matinee was a good price. Screen was decent but there were slit holes at the bottom ruining immersion. And several times throughout the movie the amplifier for the center channel was clipping and causing horrible noise instead of the actor’s dialog. If you need to kill time and can get a ticket for $6 then go ahead. But if you’re expecting a real cinematic experience look elsewhere."
"Was. A really nice place. Wasn't expecting a decent mini arcade in the entrance. That was fun to do while waiting for our movie. The seats were nice. The place was clean and the staff was nice. I'd for sure go again."
"I'll never go there again. My wife and I went there for the first time last night and they refused to let us bring our water bottles into the theater. I realize we was her rules, but I thought this was a little ridiculous. We opened the bottles and showed him that it was just water. He told us there was no way of verifying the substance in the bottle. He also gave us some story about people coming and feeling water bottles with soda. Which is really not my problem. I can understand guns knives and bombs. But water? Give me a break. I realize we don't live in America anymore. At least the America I know. After the discussion about water was over the only reason I was staying was because my wife really wanted to see the movie. Then we were told that our purses and jackets had to be searched in case we're bringing food or drink into the theater. That was the point where I decided never to go to the theater again. With the fact that the theater was practically empty it seems to me they would be trying their best to get customers in rather than insult them and push them away. I say again if it was up to me I would have just left without my money and been done with the night. Seems with their attitude about soda and such they probably need the money more than I do. I give the theater, the manager, and this whole experience an F-. Good luck with that in the future. There are plenty of other theaters that would love to have my business. Cinepolis will never again be a thought in my mind. They can fall into a pit for all I care."
"This was our first time here at this Cinepolis Theatre and won't be the last. Well worth the drive from San Diego. The concession stand has really good buttery popcorn and drinks. The best part is the seats are really comfortable and the screens are huge. Sound is on point and fills the room with perfect surround sound!"
"They got smart and made a mini Dave and busters in the lobby of the theater. Kids will love the fact they can play games and win prizes. This movie theater is clean, friendly and efficient. Make sure you download the app the points will come in handy."
