"Went in to Gall’s and ask for a safety security vest. The lady I talk to said she never seen one in the store before. I told her I bought my last one here at Galls but in Oakland. I showed her the picture of Vest on there website. Instead of her saying I can order it for you she says go to Oakland store and buy it. I have spent lots of money in that store over the years hundreds of dollars but I will never go back the way i was treated. Here is a picture of Security Vest on Gall’s website. She act like she was to busy to offer me service."

"Mediocre selection, service to match. Galls used to have helpful sales people and a good selection of products including quality brands & their own lower price & generally lower quality brands. Now they seem to really just have agency standard items for those agencies with contracts (mine isn’t one of them) & a few lower quality galls branded items. This area really needs an alternative."

"I went there back in July 2017 to order my clothes. I called to follow up on my order August 2017, they told me the order still in process. As of today December 2017 I called again to check up on my order, they told me the lady who took my order never place the order for me and Nancy who pick up the phone start pointing fingers about this matter. I wanted to give them -5 stars for the review if I can."

"They are extremely slow with making uniforms, it takes several month to process order. Like other reviewers said, customer service is also bad, probably due to stress from the job because their customers are complaining about the long wait of orders, and the amount of customers they have to service from their small amount of staffs. Imagine only a handful of staff servicing thousands of city employees. In conclusion, this small company is not suitable to take big uniform contracts due to lack of efficiency caused by lack of staffs."
