"I heard about this place from a mutual friend, I went and it was an amazing experience. My son has had his PS5 for a few years now and I took it someone different that charged me twice as much and not once but twice for the same issue. "I appreciate this establishment and the people who work here so very much. They're knowledgeable AND personable. They are also just as patient. This is a big deal. Many indie stores are hard to approach. The people in there act like gatekeepers. This is not the case at Disc Connection. Supposing their selection/services provided weren't great (which they are), their demeanor and behavior towards customers really would make this place worthwhile on its own. They fix consoles, or let you know the solution and where to find it if they can't. They clean and buff discs. They also have a very practically arranged store for an easy search. I really can't say enough good things about this place."

"I found this place by searching up retro stores, I couldn’t believe there was still a place like this around and ordering older games can be a pain. Summer and jackson are pretty chill people, they were really helpful in recommending me similar games. I ended up buying the first Tekken and a memory card for my ps1 and it works perfectly. They are the real deal! I recommend them over GameXchange, best customer service and reliable. They are far from me but I’m willing to come back. I really hope they continue to stick around for a bit. I am not entirely sure about the other reviews but this is from my personal experience. I’ve only been there to buy games and not repairs."

"This place is a treasure. They have very fair prices. Games for PS1, 2,3 PSP. Also have GBA games and DS and 3DS games fairly priced. All the retro consoles including GameCube etc in reasonable prices. I spent $100 and got about 7 GBA games. Final fantasy tactics was the most expensive of the 7 @ a very cheap $39.99. UPDATE: These guys are legends. For a very reasonable $26 total they fixed my Xbox 360 guitar hero guitar. I mean, this really sets them apart. A fix place for retro console and accessories? NO WAY! Actually, YES WAY!!!!! LEGENDARY."
