"My husband was a groomsman in a wedding this past weekend that used Butterflies as the florist and to rent tuxes. He got measured when he was supposed to, and showed up to try it on when he got the call. His jacket and cummerbund were way too big, and his pants were TEN sizes too big. He got a call saying everything was ready the day before the wedding. Again, nothing fit, but they said there was nothing they could do. ONE of his sleeves had been hemmed. He got the same pants. He had to find other black pants to wear- and he wasn’t the only one. Half of the groomsmen and the groom were unable to wear the pants they were given. When he went to take his tux back today, they blamed the vendor and didn’t take any accountability. They wouldn’t give him any of his money back. Tell me why we paid $240 for a tux that doesn’t fit and terrible customer service. I’ll never recommend them to anyone after such a terrible experience."

"I purchased online the Sparkling Winter Joy bouquet to be delivered. I asked that a picture be either texted or emailed to me before delivery and was told that this was not a problem. I did not receive either. The picture on their website showed the bouquet at $65 (as shown). I opted to increase to $75. The bouquet sent did not have the same vase, did not have the gold ribbon shown (no ribbon on bouquet at all), did not have the gold filigree throughout bouoque tas shown in picture and did not have the gold ornament balls shown in picture. All of these items that were not included in the one delivered for me would have made this bouquet a "Sparkling Winter Joy". In essence, I did not receive what I paid more for and it was disappointing to say the least when the bouquet in all cost me $100. I called Butterflies Florist immediately after learning the bouquet had been delivered and they did not answer phone nor did they return my call after I left a very detailed message. I certainly would not recommend using Butterflies Florist of Hernando, MS."
