"Very poor experience. I ordered through the funeral home's website and it guaranteed delivery for the service, two days in advance. I received an email the morning of the service that my arrangement would not be delivered and they would deliver it to the family member's home NEXT WEEK instead. I called and cancelled. But now it's too late to send flowers for the service that starts in three hours. So upsetting. I will be contacting the funeral home and suggesting they partner with a different florist."

"ZERO STARS I ordered on a Tuesday for Thursday delivery. On Friday, I had to chat and call to ask for status updates. They canceled my order blaming the florists for not accepting their request. Now, I have no way to get flowers delivered last minute for Mother's Day for someone in Hospice. This company cares about no one."

"If I could give zero starts I would! Horrible experience with this company. I had a loved one pass away on 2/11, ordered flowers on 2/12 to be delivered on 2/13 early due to the holiday; after accepting my order and sending my confirmation they called me and informed me their florist was unable to deliver because of the holiday. they said i set the delivery for 2/14, i sent them their confirmation email showing the 2/13 delivery date and was still told the only way they could accommodate me would be to deliver the funeral arrangement to the home 2 days late or cancel the order! no help what so ever! i was forced to cancel the order and was then in a panic trying to send flowers since no one wants a funeral arrangement in their home 2 days after the service as a reminder. horrible horrible company."
