"Placed an order online. They called to tell me that they could not do that specific arrangement and about how difficult the delivery would be - rain was in the forecast. The entire call was really rude, not only were they rude to me but they were also rude to my recipient when they called prior to delivery. The arrangement was super tacky and not worth what I actually paid. Asked for lillies/roses....got carnations/daisies. Please go somewhere else!"

I'm glad I called because they were able to use flowers that were in the shop and create something that was not on the website.
