"Both my appointments got cancelled last second with the reason being told my the rep that there was a “nursing shortage.” Most recently my appointment got canceled last night and they told me this 15 mins before BOTH appointments. You guys charge a cancellation fee if we cancel, but you guys can cancel our appointment anytime while I’m ON THE WAY? We pay a lot of money for this service; where is my fee when y’all cancel on me? Absolutely ridiculous!"

"So disappointed. The staff was kind and friendly. Except when I tried to scheduled a follow up no one called me back and I was redirected to someone and then I got told I had to go into the office but can’t get ahold of anyone. I got coolscultping done and I am not happy with the results at all, I don’t see any kind of difference at all. I won’t recommended this to anyone. I paid a lot of money just for it to not work. Super disappointed and will n it be returning. I started going somewhere else for the other services I want done became I no longer trust this place. Unprofessional to not contact me back"

"Laser away treatments worth every penny. One of my best life purchases for self. R.N.’s provide service, they follow what’s best for health even when it’s meant holding off on treatments. Also their points package is great. Laser Away has gone above and beyond to provide excellent service for me, my treatments, even my money and unexpected health condition. I purchased add on treatments with money and realized after I had points from a package I bought. Policy states we must specify using points at time of purchase but they still honored allowing me to use my points and refunded $500 cash back to me even once the package was sold. I have nothing but great things to say about laser away. Kudos to a business, staff, treatments well done. Worth the $$$. (dark hair, medium tone skin. My services were done and no new growth fully at 8 treatments. Full Brazilian and underarms $2000 cash and points that equaled $500. For 8 treatments total and a laser mask that I did not use.)"
