"Absolutely atrocious customer service. I have been trying to get the owner to honor a gift card that I purchased for months to no avail. I was extremely patient at first, but when I started to get a bit more assertive, Chris Wofford became extremely condescending and starting calling me things like "Honey" -- which I absolutely don't allow, and I told him as much. After I told him that he was absolutely not to address me in such a way again, there was no communicating with him. It would have been easier trying to communicate with a toddler throwing a temper tantrum at the grocery store. He ended the conversation by threatening me and saying that he wouldn't even honor my gift card unless I stopped being "so rude to him." TRANSLATION: "If you don't let me demean you and treat you however the hell I want, then I'm going to keep your money without providing any goods in exchange -- and there's nothing you can do about it." It's clear that this crook never actually intended on honoring my gift card or (at the very least) providing me with a refund. It's no surprise that his store on Wilma Rudolph failed miserably. Chris definitely isn't cut out to own a business. I'm sure this location will fail as well."
"They have been very helpful whenever I've had questions about plants for our property. The plants we've purchased there have done well and are a higher quality than those we've bought at Lowes."
"I had only 1 root bound plant I purchased from here, but it bounced back very quickly! The lady who works there is very nice and all plants are well cared for. Huge variety that you don't see at Walmart or Lowes! Definitely recommend!"
"I like Woffies ,They have plants & bulbs that Lowe's don't have so even there a bit pricey ,But that's ok cuz they have some Cool Stuff So if you Love plants & bulbs like I do this is the place come check out !! ✌️&❤️ Yall"
"After 18 years of owning my own landscape company in South Florida I moved to Paris Landing to build a premium campground. I purchased almost 4,000.00 dollars in young trees for my property. I attended college for horticulture and landscape design back when i started 18 years ago. With that said I think I have the knowledge of planting a tree. His trees died and some had termites when they arrived. He would not warranty any of them. Unlike Lowes who warranties for a year regardless of who plants them. My advice is to not buy anything from this place and visit another place that stands behind the product they sell."
