"The better Japanese street-food style udon in the area. I've had this in Japan, the noodle and beef tastes very authentic. Broth a bit different, but it's the closest you can get. Noodles are freshly made, the broth tastes refreshing, and the beef is the correct taste. Portion size is perfect and the value/price is great as well. All the sides taste very authentic and good, and value is great too. Much try if you like udon, and there is another great udon place right across it. And it's actually good food In a shopping mall? Say what?"
"We had to stand in a queue to get into the restaurant. There was a decent line but moved relatively quickly. It has a fast food restaurant or canteen set up inside. Most of the toppings are ready to self serve and the broth and noodles are ready. You can order like Chipotle, pay at the counter and sit anywhere you want. The food was very good. It is little crowded and noisy inside. So, nice place for casual dining but not to chat, hang out or celebrate."
"We went with the family to try it out. We went at about 1045 as online it showed opens at 11. We got there and they were already open. There was a small line and it moved quick. I ordered the Nikutama and some crispy chicken. Ordered extra noodles and sweet beef. My wife ordered the Tonkotsu. I tried her broth and was rich and flavorful. My Nikutama was also very good. I got it with the scallions and tempura flakes. My son said the noodles and beef were 1000 out of 1000. He's young but knows what he likes. The chick was crispy and flavorful. I ordered ordered a larger bowl and I think it was too much for me but still ate it all due to how good it was. Kinda put me in a food coma. The calamansi juice was also good. The inside was nice with cool graphics on the wall. If you go, try to go early or be prepared to wait in line. Good music was a plus and cool to see them prep the Udon noodles."
"The udon is very chewy. The soup tastes a bit greasy, probably due to the tempura flakes. The soft egg, hot spring style egg, is really good. The egg tempura is totally new for me. It’s sweet!"
