"I placed an order on July 30 to be delivered on July 31. I placed this order online and as soon as I did the money was taken out of my bank account which was fine. In my confirmation email it said I would get confirmation once my order was completed. I waited until later the evening of the 31st and contacted the recipient and she never got her arrangement. I then tried to call this florist I left a message waited an hour and called again and left another message. I also sent an email. By this time I decided to give them an extra day because I know things happen so on August 1 the flowers were still not delivered. I called two more times left two more messages and also sent another email no response whatsoever. I do not live close so I couldn’t just walk in the store. I called my bank and they are investigating the charge because I never received the arrangement. I ended up going with Brown’s Florist, which I should have done in the first place. Be careful dealing with this business I hope you get what you pay for and get better customer service."

"I normally don't do reviews. But they went so far and beyond on my arrangement. I had too. It was so beautiful yessica definitely took great care of me. Very informative and excellent customer service. We loved it so much my wife turned around and got me flowers from there for my birthday lol. So 10/10 would recommend"
