"I placed an order from Belgium (through another website) to express sympathy to my friend and I am VERY grateful for the quality of your service : flowers delivered on time, the delivery driver texted her and sent her a picture of the arrangement to let her know where he had put it. The white arrangement looks so beautiful and my friend has told me it smells lovely. She also told me the flowers came from your shop. Thank you SO MUCH ❤️"

"My mom received a poinsettia on the 22nd while in the hospital that is already dead. All the leaves have fallen off. It looks horrible!! A poinsettia bought over two weeks ago from Sam's still looks as beautiful as ever. This should have lasted longer than it has!"

"Horrible! Ordered get well balloons and teddy bear for my daughter who is a patient I’m the hospital. She received a text saying they would be there in a half hour and she needed to go down and meet them to get the arrangement! What the heck! She is a patient… she can’t just go down to the lobby and pick them up! I paid over 100.00 for this! They need to actually deliver them to her room! Never use these people!"

"If you are considering using this florist for a delivery, please read this review. I wish had read the reviews prior to using this florist. I send my wife flowers on her birthday every year and this year was to be no different. I chose this florist because of its proximity to my wife's school so that I could be sure the flowers would arrive during the school day. This florist is located 0.8 miles from my wife's school so this was perfect. I ordered the flowers two days in advance and made the request to have them delivered as early in the day as possible. I get an email at 5:34 pm saying they tried to deliver the flowers but was not able to get in touch with the recipient. First, my wife did not leave until 6:20 (she is the principal of the school) so she was there but who waits until 5:34 PM to deliver flowers to a school? Flowers were ordered two days in advance, the school is 0.8 miles from the florist and they cannot deliver before 5:30 in the evening.....to a school!! Poor planning, poor customer service and I am sure they will say it is our fault somehow. Spent almost $150 and my wife does not get them on her birthday. There is absolutely nothing they can do to make this right, minus turning back time and actually delivering what I ordered when they were supposed to be delivered. Words cannot adequately communicate my level of disappointment. Take your business elsewhere."

"If i could give a negative 10, I would. I received flowers for my mother's funeral. I was shocked a owner allowed this out the door. Over 1/2 of the flowers were dead, the rest were just laying on the oasis. No water, looks like someone grabbed it out of a dumpster. They smelled horrible. Never order from this place. It should not even be in business"
