Noka Ramen is a vibrant and unique bar and restaurant located at 90 Franklin Street in Oakland, California. Our mission is to introduce the Bay Area to the delicious Hakata Tonkotsu style of ramen, featuring a creamy and rich pork broth paired with our homemade artisan noodles. "I’ve been on a ramen spree trying out places in the area till I’ve found my go to. I tried the spicy miso ramen which was delicious! We got delivery, it was packaged very well. A couple of little details I loved - they sent a soup spoon! & a whole egg rather than half that most places have done that I’ve tried. Decent level of spice and very flavorful. Will try a different one next time!"
