I will definitely get flowers from them again and honestly only them. The arrangement and the overall quality is truly amazing. And they were priced reasonably, definitely satisfied with the smiles that these flowers put on the faces of my wife and daughter….."

"I cannot say enough good things about this place. I called the morning of, and they created the most beautiful, colorful spray arrangement for a funeral and it was delivered early. Kevin answered the phone and he was just the loveliest person. He gave me suggestions on arrangements and message. He was very kind. You never know what you’re going to get when you order out-of-state, but I received photos and it’s truly STUNNING! Thank you Kevin and team! I appreciate y’all."

"Worst customer experience ever. My step sons father passed away and we used them as our florist. Made a order and had specific time for the flowers to come to the funeral home. An hour into the service there was no flowers. Funeral home was just 5 minutes up the road. I went to pick up the flowers and met the old lady up front and as i sat there waiting she let call after call after call just go without answering. I heard my wifes name come across the caller ID and told the lady to answer it. She said they have had phone issues all day and no one has called her all day and said i was treating her like a dog! Straight up liars and refused to give a receipt for the order. Kevin came out to help with what was going on and as i kept trying to explain they situation she did nothing but interrupt and shut him down so we really got no where. kevin refused to let me take the order because they were on the truck for delivery as he claimed. That was a straight lie. Half of what we ordered was sitting on the desk and the delivery guy was stuffing his face. Kevin had the audacity to tell me that I needed to apologize to her but this fool had no clue as to what was going on. Don't do business here and if anyone wants to open up another floral shop I would go for it. There isn't much competition with them around. Rude, unprepared and only sees the cash rolling in instead of value and customer service. Fyi I wasn't the only customer in there getting arrangements that was having the same issue with them and I'm sure with what they saw they won't be coming back either"

"EDIT: I was finally able to contact someone and was told for the last month the shop was closed on Mondays due to construction. Like I stated I ordered these on Thursday of last week and was told I spoke to Dorothy. I was told a Monday delivery would be no problem. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely nice and accommodating and canceled my order. I will be going through someone else instead. I ordered an arrangement on 1/7/21 to be delivered 1/11/21. That never arrived and now no one will contact me back. I have sent emails, I have called numerous times with no answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
