"Please help me find the corporate number to this company there’s a recall on the 2021 Chevy traverse and even with the supporting documents they are not fixing the problem that is due to a GM recall I don’t see how that works this is by far the worst company yet"

"If I could give zero stars I would. I took my Cadillac there twice. Once when my sunroof was leaking. Had to replace the screen. It was left with handprints on the sunscreen and unclean. Almost $1700 in costs. Every other dealership I have visited has cleaned up when they were done. The second visit was via two truck with engine light issues. Again, almost $1700 in costs this time they said I need brakes and rotors so I agreed. Went to pick up my car. A woman in my car came racing out of the dealership and racing down the street. I stood there with my mouth open. I had already paid the invoice for service. The service person told me there was a problem with it running rough. ??? Ok. I trust you. So I left and came back about an hour later to find my car was wrecked in the front passenger quarter panel. ??? I know my car completely. It WAS my baby. They completely denied wrecking it. I told the tow driver they were blaming him. I took pictures while tow driver was on the phone with me. I then took it back to the body shop for an estimate. Over $1500 in costs!!!!! They said "Turn it in on your insurance" ??????? Seriously? I argued with them and then the service person disappeared. I called they said he was gone. Mind you I was in my friends truck outside the dealership service where that service person was standing. ??? I refused to take my Cadillac home in that condition but he said the manager was gone until Monday. I did not feel safe driving it in that condition. I called on Monday and the Manager said he had 60 cameras and would get pics. I got ONE pic that proved nothing. It showed my car sitting sideways next to a water fountain ???? He said that's all he had. Nothing on the tow truck. To me this proves they wrecked it. Otherwise where are the pics of the car on the tow truck??? I ended up driving it home. It has major issues, the hood is crooked, the car jolts when you push on the gas, the alignment is jacked up, my tire has scratches from where it was wrecked. I will NEVER EVER trust another dealership thanks to their horrible handling of my vehicle. I have contacted an attorney. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE DISHONEST. They overcharge for incomplete shotty work. Find a better place. Now I see why the dealership is empty. I am sure they will be out of business soon. If not they should be shut down. I have to sell my car. I had to buy something else. I could no longer drive it and feel comfortable. They ruined my favorite car. RUINED and cost me a ton of money for nothing. I'm so upset and horrified."

"Update** I spoke with the general manager on 03/01/2022. He was respectful, understanding and wanted to resolve the issue immediately. The issue turned out to be a mistake on enterprise regarding the rental vehicle. The general manager went above and beyond with what I expected to come of this review! Let's start off with I had an appointment scheduled for service at 9a.m on 02/25/2022. When I arrived I was told that the person on the phone had accidentally canceled my service and that they will try to fit us in. The car needs a major repair under warranty and the dealership said they scheduled a rental car for us to pick up on Sunday. Lone behold there is no reservation for us at enterprise and now I must take the day off and lose 300 to pick up the rental on Monday when they fix the reservation"
