Reviews of Finest Tattoo
"Had a great experience at this shop! Very fun and calming environment, I got tatted by Kyla, she reprinted the stencil for me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. And once the stencils were on my arm she made sure the placement was just to my liking and was very nice about it :). The shop was properly ventilated so it felt very comfortable while getting worked on. 10/10 experience. I definitely reccomend. Thank you!"
"I recently had an incredibly unpleasant experience at Art Pushers Studios. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this establishment lacks professionalism and respect for customers' time. We were made to wait for 45 minutes, and then witnessed a shocking display of racial discrimination as other customers were prioritized based on their ethnicity. When we questioned this injustice, the staff responded rudely and kicked us out of the studio and anyone else that was colored. I strongly advise against visiting Art Pushers Studios due to their unprofessionalism, discrimination, and lack of customer service skills, but if you decide to still go, do so with caution and avoid the piercer .. getting a tattoo might be less problematic. Edit- in reponse to the ignorant and incompetent piercer , I’d just like to say there is a BIG difference in seeing entitlement and being insecure because a beautiful black girl spoke out against your racist , saggy breast, split end, unprofessional self. Just because you let all those light-skinned men and woman skip us and my daughter who kindly said something about it to you after previously asking if she'd be on the list , does not make her entitled. I know this because directly after this fiasco, we went to get her nose pierced and MULTIPLE people in the other shop had negative words about your shop and professionalism, making this seem like a reoccurring trend that you seem to follow. In addition, the sign in your shop that says "we have to right to refuse service to anyone" is just proof of your racism, colorism and the fact we did not leave but where kicked out by you and that huge body guard guy when there was only 2 black woman …. which is "soooo" threatening!"
"Literally no stars, kyla told me $150 for the pair of dermal piercings with jewelry which i was okay with. before the piercing i asked the other piercer if it would still be $150 she said yes. only after the piercing was completed she told me it would be $300, which is insane. after gathering my evidence and seeing that was told $150 multiple times they refused to give me a refund of the $150 I spent. they also gave me the wrong number of the store owner, and he did not answer on the message i sent him. then some ugly bald man interrupted my conversation. overall the experience was horrible. horrible people. never returning. and i encourage everyone to never go here. they were also drinking while doing the services. crazy."
"Today Oct 4th, 2023, my daughter and I walked in to this place. She wanted to get a piercing since they have a special going. When we walked in, we were not greeted by anyone there. There was a couple of Mexican/Hispanic/Latino guys there and neither one of them said anything. I've worked customer service and this was extremely poor customer service. Probably those 2 guys don't do the piercings but it doesn't take much to greet someone and ask if they need help or say someone will be with you shortly. So since no one said anything I tried grabbing a pink form to fill out while we waited. As soon as I tried to reach for the form one of the guys RUDELY said "hey don't mess with that" I replied "okay". This dude had the audacity to ignore us and not acknowledge us but had the nerve to be RUDE. He could still have said it in a polite way. And I thought most Mexicans had manners especially older generations cuz he looked on the older side. I guess I was wrong, he wasn't raised properly and has 0 customer service. I will never get a tattoo by anyone that has 0 customer service. I will continue to take our business to the tattoo shop in El Cajon city called E C Tattoo & Body Piercing."
