"The lack of cleanliness at this establishment is a hazard for children. I had to throw out my socks after todays visit. They had the receptionist scrubbing the baseboards in the dining area. I can only assume that is not part of her job description. We were the first ones there at opening yet there was food leftover from who knows when in the playing area. They need to hire a professional cleaning crew rather than taking the cheap way out. It really shows. Very disappointing visit and we will not be back. Many other CLEAN, great places in the valley. Go to Ball n Bounce instead!"
"No one takes care of this place. Toys all over the place, no toilet paper, paper towels or swag covers. Still charging a high price of 25$ Staff just sits on their phone in the front. No love put into this place AT ALL"
"Came on Sunday and it was very dirty, trash all over the floor, inside ball pit and bathrooms were discussing. They did not have any personnel looking out for trash or bad kids. There was a group of bad kids moving all the lil town stuff into the ball pit and being extremely disorderly and rude. Ball pit balls were super dirty and ball pit very shallow. Doubt I’ll take my baby there again."
