"This place is so incredibly run down and unsafe. I told the staff about this hole and their response was that one of their staff would patch it. Some 18 year old should not be taking a patch of net and "fixing this". The whole thing should be replaced. Major safety risk."

"Hire some new associates. The current people you have working (I wouldn't say all but SEVERAL) are either rude and walk around with an attitude. They ruin the entire experience. The equipment and playground area is great. Other then when you give payment, steer clear of asking any staff any questions."

"Great place overall! Booked daughters 6th B Day party at Off The Wall & the party was awesome! I’d recommend OTW as the venue is unique offering numerous activities arcade games bumper cars zip line rock climbing etc etc I’d caution one to be aware staff is likely to have different versions of what’s offered prices availability etc staff was kind thoughtful and efficient but those making decisions use good cop bad cop tactics with to many hands involved in what should be a better experience. OTW is a great venue the business side of the operation is well ran."

"My 6 yr old son always has a blast. We easily stay for over 2 hours so that says a lot. There's plenty for kids there to do. The game cards aren't to bad either. We've never had a staff problem they are great. Only once a customer rudely asked for my son to not be in the baby section. I love this place because it's a great place to escape the heat and the cold. The price is reasonable. Bathrooms are always clean. Snack section is great. My son hasn't got injured although I can see it happening in some sections. But it's a risk you take at any park really. I remind my son of his limits is all. Also like that they have 2 very similar locations with the features my son likes."

"Staff should do a way better job supervising. Actually, not one of them ever came to help, and the cars really need a staff person at all times. I saw them socially interacting with one another. Equipment is great for the kids, and our daughter had a blast. My only complaint is staff."
