"Worst experience I've ever had they refuse to answer the phone when calling for an appointment.....and the doctor is horrible he doesn't even try to listen to the reason you're there..... awful is all I can say.....BE WARNED NOT A PLACE TO GO!"

"I am rating as a one star due to the fact that this is my first visit and from the get go it started off horribly. My son was sick and had to come with me to the appointment, as soon as we got here I tried asking if Monica the receptionist could please let him use the bathroom because he really had to go and she said she's on the phone so he'll have to wait. I tried waiting and then asked if she or someone could please just unlock the bathroom really briefly so he could go because he has an upset stomach and was about to use the bathroom on himself. She said no I'm on the phone he needs to wait. I don't think she understands that some kids and adults have incontinent issues and can't always hold it , it takes a moment to place someone on hold, hurry unlock the bathroom and go right back to the phone call. It's not like I was asking you to place them on hold to check me in for the appointment or hang up on them. I spoke to the doctor that I was canceling and would go somewhere else because it did not sit well with me on the treatment provided but he was very nice about it and understood my concerns. He kept trying to say she was excellent and maybe she is with individual tasks but I guess I didn't get to experience it with multitasking but hopefully they take this to learn so this won't happen to other people. I really hope they work on this and improve since the dr seemed nice but I'll be going elsewhere"

"I generally don’t like leaving reviews unless somewhere is exceptionally good, or exceptionally bad. Unfortunately, this was the worst care I’ve ever received in my life. The doctor was extremely dismissive, rude, and the entire appointment was rushed into less than 10 min with the doctor himself. He abruptly cut me off every time I tried to speak, and didn’t even let me finish telling him the reason I was referred to a neurologist. The physical exam he did was very rushed and he didn’t care what the responses were during the exam. He thought I was his last appointment of the day, and was upset when his receptionist told him he had another patient after me. That is still no excuse to rush me out of there the way that he did. He does not care about his patients or their health whatsoever, that much was clear."

"I was called about an appointment for my child. Told them I do not need it. They scheduled one anyways and keep texting me. I've tried to cancel and can't. I try to call and their voice-mail box is full so I can't even reach their office.(The phone doesnt even ring) I better not get charged for no show when they have no good contact information!!"

"Dr. M was amazing!! Honestly the best medical experience I have ever had and he had to poke me with needles ahaha. Super smart, had a very fun conversation for the hour long procedure. I seriously enjoyed it. Without a doubt recommend. Receptionist was super sweet! For the other reviewers you need to understand his specially is only a few in this area and also provides services at the hospital. Plus the rooms were super clean and quiet. Thank you!!"
