"Don Lino , did a really bad job on my arm. Added an S where there wasn't supposed to be one. My arm got infected color did not stay and he kept saying he would fix it but keeps backing out. I have other tats and never had a problem like this."
"Be careful here, drove an hour and a half to my appointment with kats and he never showed up. Tried messaging and calling and never got a response back from him. Maybe you’ll get lucky as a walk in but definitely don’t make appointments here because they won’t be honored."
