"I have been trying to figure out what I wanted on my forearm to fill in the empty space for the past 2 years. I came across Eugene’s page and instantly knew I needed a tattoo from him. I got an abstract piece and it fits perfectly on my arm and ties it all together. He did an amazing job and was professional above all else.
