While walking my dog, I noticed a sign for walk-in tattoos and spontaneously decided to visit the shop. CJ crafted a unique and impressive tattoo design that I am thrilled to have as a permanent part of my body. Cj made sitting for this appointment very easy and comfortable. "I’ve gotten 3 high quality tattoos at Darlin Rose Social Club from Jesse for an affordable/reasonable price. The first tattoo I got from Jesse at Darlin was in December of 2021. I had an idea to put a butterfly on my hand as tribute to my grandmother. My grandmother, before this point did not like any of my tattoos. However, because of Jesse’s talent, skill and precision, she loves the piece regardless of it being in her least favorite tattoo placement (somewhere noticeable). My second session with Jesse derived from an idea I received from a flash sheet I found on the internet based on various songs by the band Rancid. I sent Jesse an image from the flash that was based on the song “Ruby Soho” featuring a girl crying. Jesse insisted on drawing his own version of the piece to which I consented. Come time of the appointment, Jesse had drawn an absolute masterpiece. The tattoo came out so beautiful I had no choice but to extend my gratitude and book another session right there on the spot. For the 3rd session I got a palm sized tattoo from the gumball machine. I was nervous going into the appointment due to the tattoo being selected at random. My anxiety was not warranted because the first design was this rad butterfly type creature with a face sticking it’s tongue out. After collaborating with Jesse on placement, we figured it best go on the hand opposite of the 1st butterfly we did together. The result was yet another beautifully executed tattoo. It would be an absolute pleasure and privilege to do another session filled with laughs, good music and the creation of magnificent art at Darlin Rose Social Club."
